Sylvania H13 zXe Headlights
I have to say, these bulbs live up to the advertised specifications. They fit into the OEM Dodge headlight housings and plug into the harness exactly like stock parts, and the light output is a very clean & cool white compared to OEM. Not obnoxiously bright or "tinted" like HIDs at all. For the price that Amazon sold them for, these bulbs offer an excellent value for a simple upgrade over "stock" headlights.
The downside is that the life expectancy on this type of bulb is only about a year, but still worth the investment if you do a lot of nighttime driving.

They aren't HID but sure white enough to be
These lights work really well...I had bought the Sylvania Xtravison before and just seem not bright/clean white look enough for me to be driving in the forest area street everyday. So, I went and bought Sylvania Silverstar zxe and all i can say I'm pleased with the lights. They give off enough light were its not blinding to other drives, nice crisp white light that i feel almost gives of a Led white and make me feel more safe on driving in the dark with no street lights around.
Not all they're cracked up to be...
I bought these bulbs because I wanted brighter lights on my 08' Ford Escape (it has had ridiculously dim high-beams since day one). These bulbs made very little difference, despite the product's claims to be "50% brighter than a standard bulb". The claim that they have "the look, feel and attitude of HID" is also false - they are not even close.
Save your money.
