Actually better than we expected.
Who am I - I have a body-shop background for many years and I personally installed this item on my cousin's truck (No charge for labor as she is family)
Situation - For the price, I thought it would be no where near as nice as OEM. But decided to try it anyway as this was a very-high-mile 1999 GMC Suburban with an owner on a limited budget and she asked me if I could save her some money.
REVIEW - The part has a 100% correct factory match to color, hue and texture. The wiring loom plug-in was correct with the correct length pig-tail. The unit weighed the same as the OEM one I removed which indicates that it is not just cheap plastic junk. The mounting area seems to be equally as rugged as OEM. The mirror adjustment motor worked as intended with identical degrees of mirror rotation in all directions.
Conclusion - I'm impressed, it just seems odd that it costs so much less and is this good. My cousin is super-happy as the dealer wanted $380.00 for parts...

Looks and works great
This is an exact match for my 96 GMC Suburban. I did have to take it to the local shop to have them install because it required a special angled wrench and a degree in astrophysics... seriously, it was much more difficult to install than the average DIY can handle. They only charged $30 so it was still a great deal compared to taking it to a body shop!
Fit perfectly
Loved the price. When I got it in the mail today I put it on my Suburban right away. Was the perfect size. Now I want another one for the other side & it isn't even broken.
