Fixed My Problem
I was having problems with my idle speed racing up and down. I replaced my IACV with this one; my truck now runs smooth. I have found that getting original ACDelco parts stacks the deck in your favor. I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend this item to anyone. Note that you need to allow a little time for the engine to adjust to the new valve, but I accomplished this by driving the truck on the interstate for about a half hour.

Nothing works like new except new!
Replacement part is OEM for my vehicle, which it fits perfectly unlike the auto part store brand variations of it.
